The typical wine is that produced in the Castelli region. In the Cerveteri area the tasty Roman artichokes are grown, whereas the area around Nemi is famous for the production of the delicious small strawberries. Bread is the speciality of Lariano and Genzano, Ariccia is the home of suckling pig, and Palombara Sabina of cherries.
