Rome
Anna Coliva has curated this exhibition focused on one of the great Renaissance artists: Antonio Allegri, better known as Correggio. About 60 drawings and paintings, including mythical-inspired pieces such as "Danae", "Jupiter and I" and "The portrait of Ganymede", and religious works such as "Madonna del latte" and the "Four Saints", are shown as part of an exploration of the artist and the greats of Antiquity. Correggio's approach to colour and painting the seemingly impossible is poetic. His work is on show at the Galleria Borghese. Tue-sun h9-19. €10,50 Galleria Borghese, piazzale S. Borghese, 5.
